Beverage packages can be arranged, however we do encourage our hosts to BYO in an effort to reduce costs for you.

Under our BYO policy, Hosts provide all drinks for guests, as guests are not permitted to BYO individually ~ This allows you to provide a selection that caters specifically to your guests if required.

Carlyles complies with the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and encourages all guests to drink resonsibly.

Pre-dinner savouries, 3 course dinner. Includes tea and coffee, bridal and cake table skirting, white linen table cloths, glasses, cutlery and crockery.

Exclusive use of Carlyles for 5 1/2 hours from commencment of food and beverage service (not exceeding midnight).
